This active, shared listening can be deeply transformative, as it gives you the space to think through and process your experiences.

Counselling is also available as a "walk and talk" - this is not meant as a workout but merely another way to engage the mind and body in the present moment. Walking can have deep effect on our emotional health and well being. Comfortable shoes and clothing should be worn.
